**Location**: Tijuana, B.C., Mexico (Full-time, On-site)**Companies**: EDDY Pump Corporation & EZ Connect Floats**EDDY Pump Corporation** is a U.S.based manufacturer of slurry pumps, dredging equipment, and engineered industrial systems, serving clients worldwide in mining, oil & gas, marine construction, and government projects.**EZ Connect Floats** specializes in modular hose, pipe, and cable flotation systems used globally in dredging, energy, and dewatering industries.Together, we operate a dynamic cross-border manufacturing network between **San Diego, CA** and **Tijuana, B.C.** and are seeking a **Master Scheduler** to drive production planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery across facilities.**Position Summary**The **Master Scheduler** will oversee **all planning and scheduling activities** for our Tijuana facility, ensuring alignment with U.S. operations and customer demand. This role requires strong experience in **manufacturing scheduling, ERP systems, supply chain coordination, and cross-border operations**.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and maintain the **master production schedule** for multiple product lines.- Balance **capacity planning, materials availability, and labor resources** to meet deadlines.- Coordinate with U.S. headquarters in San Diego for demand planning and order fulfillment.- Work within ERP (Epicor preferred) to release work orders, track progress, and manage priorities.- Analyze production performance metrics and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery.- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to resolve bottlenecks.- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, reporting, and communication.- Support management in **forecasting, inventory control, and supply chain planning**.**Qualifications**- 5+ years’ experience in **production scheduling, planning, or supply chain** within manufacturing.- Prior experience as a **Master Scheduler, Senior Planner, or Production Control Manager**.- Strong **ERP/MRP experience** (Epicor preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable).- Knowledge of **cross-border maquiladora operations** and international supply chains.- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and forecasts.- Excellent communication skills in **Spanish and English**.- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.**What We Offer**- Competitive salary based on experience.- Benefits package including health, paid time off, and holidays.- Opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding international manufacturing group.- Exposure to global supply chains, advanced ERP systems, and cross-border operations.Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
