Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Position Summary**:Manages the quality system for the Mission Hills plant to ensure compliance with the 25 Colgate-Palmolive Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.Implements the quality system for the Home Care, Personal Care, and Soaps focuses.**Main Responsibilities/Activities**- Attends COFEPRIS external audits.- Manages the implementation of quality standards.- Coordinates internal audits of the quality system for the Mission Hills plant, as well as reviews corrective actions established for their closure.- Coordinates monthly quality meetings for the site.- Consolidates quality indicators for the plant.- Monitors the quality master plan for Mission Hills.- Ensures compliance with quality indicators for the Home Care, Personal Care, and Soaps focuses.- Establishes and monitors corrective and preventive actions, as well as improvement plans, to ensure compliance with quality indicators.- Ensures compliance and quality indicators for documentation for the Home Care, Personal Care, and Soap areas, as well as support areas.- Monitors quality indicators for suppliers of packaging materials for the Soap plant.- Provides support for microbiological performance indicators.- Ensures the validation of systems, equipment, and processes in the Home Care, Personal Care, and Soap areas.- Coordinates the release of finished products to the market for all categories and regions, once they meet quality standards.- Ensures the inspection of imported products, as well as the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from the findings of these inspections.- Receives notifications of quality issues at customers and subsidiaries, communicates them to the corresponding areas, and ensures that containment, as well as corrective and preventive actions for these events, are established.**Education & Qualifications**:- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or Engineering, or a related field- 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality or related fields- 3 years of experience as a people manager- Experience with Google Suite or SAP- Experience with Data Analytics (Trends, projections, preventives)**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
