We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.- Comply with Valeo 5000, ISO/IATF 16949 procedures and customer requirements.- Comply with the provisions of the international quality system ISO/IATF 16949.- Develop and maintain plant wide calibration systems according to applicable standard (QS 9000, American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards ).- Perform measurement and analysis of raw material tests.- Calibrate the control and measurement and test equipment of the plant, based on the type of calibration and applicable studies according to the calibration program.- Control and keep updated the records of the plant's measurement, calibration and testing equipment.- Prepare reports of test results, dimensional evaluations and calibrations carried out.- Carry out safety tests and inspections and/or mandatory regulations, as well as report them to all relevant functions.- Advise personnel involved in measurement, calibration and testing of the plant.- Participate in measurement workshops, interpretation of plans for training of plant personnel.- Participate in the solution of non-conformities found inside and outside VSE related to the finished product manufactured on site.- Control external calibration, measurement and/or testing services with traceability to National standards as the first option and/or International standards as a second option.- Stopping any of our own activities if safety and quality procedures are not respected.- Comply with the validation of components and assemblies produced in the plant to provide dimensional information that leads to continuous improvement of the product.**Job**:Quality - Field operational**Organization**:Site SQA - J**Schedule**:Full time**Employee Status**:Regular**Job Type**:Permanent contract**Job Posting Date**:- Join Us _- Being part of our team, you will join: _- _one of the largest global innovative companies, with more than 20,000 engineers working in Research & Development _- _a multi-cultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration _- _more than 100,000 colleagues in 31 countries... which make a lot of opportunity for career growth _- _a business highly committed to limiting the environmental impact if its activities and ranked by Corporate Knights as the number one company in the automotive sector in terms of sustainable development _
