Job Description MedTrainer is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS software development to lead our project teams. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing resources, planning, motivation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires managing the complete software development lifecycle for product and technical initiatives from inception through to completion, including tracking scope changes and ensuring projects meet defined goals and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment, preferably SaaS. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile/scrum methodologies. Experience managing project schedules and resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple complex software development projects from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, designers, DevOps, and leaders, to ensure project deliverables are met. Track project progress, monitor key metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Manage project scope changes and ensure appropriate change control processes are followed. Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and best practices. Collaborate with other project managers and resolve dependencies between projects Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Collaborate with the product manager to manage the roadmap. Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, support, and sales departments to launch new products. Skills and Tools Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Risk management and mitigation strategies. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS environments.
