What we doWhat you will do- Learn and gain expert level knowledge of the various modules of our solutions SAP Dairy Management and/or SAP Meat & Fish Management by msg- Analyze, design, configure, test and manage overall delivery of SAP Food Management solutions to meet client expectations- Map the client's business processes in SAP to ensure that the implemented system meets the customer's needs in the client system landscape- Write functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery- Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and manage integration and including test cases- Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes- As a project owner you will take care of the successful migration in the area of materials management and production- Manage a high-performing team and run implementation projects by communicating value propositionsWhat we are looking forRequirements- A minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant experience with SAP in one or more of the following industries Food, Beverage, Agriculture, consumer food products, industrial food products, manufacturing- Experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) & Quality Management (QM) Senior Consulting role in one of the above industries.- SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience- An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies- Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following SAP modules SAP MM, PPDS, PP / PP-PI, QM, SCM, LE and the related integration to other logistics and also FICO modules- Experience on at least 3 full end-to-end SAP Implementations- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with readiness of mind and hands on mentality- Good understanding of food industry and business processes- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English language, both internal and external, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy- Ability to travel up to 80%.Nice to have- Business experience specifically in the Meat or Dairy Manufacturing industry- Knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO,PP/DS) or Execution (eWM, TM) modules would be considered a plus- S/4HANA certification and/or experience highly favorable- Familiarity with project management methodologies, collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans- Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations- Leadership role in multiple implementations- Spanish language skills would be considered a plus.What we offer- A place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished.- A global team of highly respected SAP and industry experts where you can make a difference.- Competitive salaries and a broad range of benefits.- Further training which will focus on the development of technical & functional skills and product knowledge- Boost the development of your career in both functional and technical directions by comprehensive advanced education and deep product knowledge
