You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.- Represent the client’s brand in the best possible way, towards our current and potential customers.- Ticket solving- Customer support diary- Answering direct messages and comments on social media- Apple and Play Store review answers.- Constant learning about new product features and occasional testing of the app.- Weekly meeting with the support lead**Required Skills and Qualifications**:- At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer service- Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers- B1 English Proficiency- C1 Spanish Proficiency- C1 Portuguese Proficiency- Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information- Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems- Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant- Solid problem-solving skills- Strong organizational skills- Experience w/ consumer type apps and consumer-type shopping- Quick thinker & able to adapt- Courteous with customersTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajo desde casaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives Actualmente en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara?Idioma:- Portugués (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
