**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Gudalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager**The Delivery Manager/ Technical Project Manager will collaborate with development, sales, account management, infrastructure and product teams to ensure new customers have a seamless implementation process. Responsibilities include driving project schedules from design to release, informing clients, and managing production launches. You will be managing client implementations.**Responsibilities**:- Work with stakeholders to groom the backlog.- Ensure estimates are done on the backlog items by working with the dev team.- Use the estimates along with priorities from stakeholders to schedule work and build a project roadmap.- Report on all active project status on a regular cadence and in a comprehensive and professional format.- Assist the development managers and development team to unblock blockers where possible, or ensure those are communicated very clearly to stakeholders if out of our control.- Ensure all parties involved in a project are always fully aware of all necessary details, dates, priorities and statuses.- Ensure that the project targets are met within the project timeline and costs, and monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle.- Improve process inputs, streamline workflows and project management tools.**Basic Requirements**:- Minimum 7+ years' experience as a project manager or related role(s) on complex technical projects at a software company.- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager.- Technical Background and experience with different SDLC methodologies including Agile.- Tenacious, self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill them into actionable project plans.- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
