We are an automotive electronics company located in Technology Park, and we are currently seeking a **New Product Engineer (NPE)** to join our **New Product Introduction (NPI)** team.**Requirements**:- Fluent English (spoken and written)- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Minimum 2 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)- Proficiency in Power BI- Experience with programming tools and software**Responsibilities**:- Participate in design reviews for new products to ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturability (DFM).- Plan processes for new products and review tooling fixture designs to support labor cost reduction.- Coordinate with R&D and Manufacturing teams during trial runs to meet testing and shipping goals at each stage.- Conduct follow-up testing and manage error tracking and resolution.- Continuously optimize process parameters and tooling fixtures during trial execution.- Prepare, collect, and review documentation for PVT Gate / PPAP.- Handle customer audit-related matters for new product processes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesIdioma:- ingles (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
