If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our team**Responsibilities**:- Report to the Construction Manager.- Ensure Company specifications and approved project specific documentation for the project are received prior to starting inspection activities.- Maintain lines of communication with key stakeholders as appropriate including, but not limited to: Construction Manager, Chief Inspector (or designee), Field Inspectors, etc.- Participate in site safety hazard assessment (e.g., Job Safety Analysis (JSA)) prior to starting work.- Participate in daily and weekly meetings.- Support the preparation of meeting minutes objectively.- Report objectively.- Complete reports according to the templates and / or platforms provided for the project.- Record lengths and locations of work completed daily.- Register any adverse weather conditions in the site or planning problems that cause an increase or decrease in the expected progress.- Document all visitors to the site in accordance with the project specific communication protocol.- Commitment to safe work practices and positive attitudes and behaviors.- Teamwork and constructive relationship with colleagues and project leaders.- Solid communication with the leaders to give timely follow-up and comply with the procedures and goals of the project.- Command of MS Office software and knowledge of AutoCAD.Minimum qualifications- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering civil, Electrical or Mechanical; have a Professional Certificate.- 1 Year of construction experience.- Domain and management of construction drawings.- Preparation of documentary records according to the procedures.Preferred qualifications- Proficiency in written and spoken- English at levels above intermediate.- Social Service, related courses and trainings may be considered.About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
