Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world._- When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough._- At Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to reimagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives._- In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions._- We are in this for life._- We are changing the trajectory of human health, _**_YOU CAN TOO_**_._**We are searching the best talent for “Business Intelligence Analyst” to be in Ciudad de México, México.****Purpose**:- Implement the Data Analyst role as a hybrid between business expertise, technical computer skillset, and knowledge in math and statistics.- Main responsibility: To identify and connect business needs to analytic solutions.- Secondary responsibility: To identify and catalogue existing data, while mapping missing data to be collected in the future.**You will be responsible for**:- Support **process improvements** by providing guidance and leadership to business process owners, to create and maintain a strong internal control environment, including the required documentation, and that policies and procedures are aligned with Finance and health care compliance controls.- Assess business risks associated with the control environment, help design and implementation of internal controls, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.- Propose corrective actions for identified gaps/weaknesses, provide support in the action plan resolution process, and support Commercial teams to ensure internal control gaps are closed timely & effectively.- Proactively communicate and report on findings and status- Partner with the Health Care Compliance Team and Risk Managemente in driving consistency and standardization of controls and processes as it relates to J&J’s end state model.- Support the Compliance leadership team in achieving process improvements and standardization.- Deliver training in alignment with policies and process improvements in order to enhance & strengthen embedded compliance awareness.- Influence others to enhance their performance, development and ownership of work performed, where applicable.- Use issue resolving skills and learning agility to continuously adapt to changing environment in internal areas, business environment and technology developments.**Qualifications****Qualifications and requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree- Fluency in English- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP- 1+ years of experience**Primary Location**Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City- **Organization**Johnson & Johnson Medical Mexico, SA de CV (8304)**Job Function**Marketing**Requisition ID**W
