With strong relationships across the United States and Canada and a recent global expansion, we are committed to providing exceptional service and minimizing the stress of finding the perfect temporary accommodation.**The Opportunity**We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Accounting Staff member to join our growing team in Tecate or Tijuana. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our financial records.**In this role, you will**- Act as a key liaison for gathering missing documentation by professionally contacting merchants and hotels.- Ensure precision by reviewing charges and accurately recording general ledger entries in our accounting system.- Maintain a clear, organized database of financial documentation for easy reference and audit readiness.- Support accounts payable and assist with critical month-end closing tasks.- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.**What We're Looking For**- A strong commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- A proactive, lifelong learner who is eager to grow with our dynamic team.- Experience with accounting software is desirable, but not required—we will provide training.- English Level | Intermediate - Advanced**Bonus Points**- A basic understanding of accounting principles.**Why Join Us?**This is your launchpad for a rewarding career.
