They are a global firm that specializes in highly technical cable solutions for the automotive, surgical robotics, and medical device sectors.We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Production Manager to oversee implementation of equipment, materials, and processes in the manufacturing facility.Overview:Step into the role of Technical Team Lead - Production Manager with our client's forward-thinking company. In this pivotal position, you will oversee the execution and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring they deliver the expected quantity and quality of output. Your expertise will guide the integration of new technologies and foster enhancements in equipment, material flow, and production layouts.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the planning and implementation of production equipment and processes.- Analyze product drawings to define necessary processing steps and workflow.- Design and refine production layouts to optimize material flow and efficiency.- Spearhead the introduction of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.- Mentor and develop team members in alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications:- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.- Strong fluency in English or Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.- A commitment to innovation and operational excellence.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 al añoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
