As a Data Analyst in the Mexico Tax team, you'll be responsible for building business intelligence projects using different information, tools, and techniques. Your main tasks include understanding tax user requirements and using data analysis methods to create innovative reporting projects and contribute to solving data-related business issues.**Main Responsibilities**:- Interpret business requirements to develop innovative data analysis and reporting projects.- Utilize data analysis to find insights for audits.- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to understand and address business issues.- Create complex solutions using available or evolving technologies.**Position Challenges**:- Handle large volumes of data and ensure their integrity and accuracy.- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights to support decision-making.- Optimize analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of results.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years performing data analytics.- Ability to learn and improve business processes.- Experience with all MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.), SQL Server.- Tools:- Power BI,- Power Apps,- Power Automate.- Snowflake- Desirable:- Tax and/or Accounting experience.- Experience with SAP information.- C# programming experience- VBA programming experience- Machine Learning models**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Mexico Tax DepartmentEXTERNAL- Central Tax- Controllership- Functional Areas (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, etc.)**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
