Senior Data Analyst (Remote | Business & Product Analytics) Help drive data-informed decisions across our business and customer-facing products. We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data team and play a key role in shaping our analytics and reporting strategy. You’ll deliver actionable insights, build embedded analytics for our Order Management System (OMS), and support internal stakeholders with high-quality reporting and dashboards. This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys combining technical depth, business context, and clear storytelling with data. What you’ll do Gather requirements and partner with stakeholders to design reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions . Develop customer-facing embedded reporting for our OMS platform. Build and maintain data models supporting scalable analytics. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Work with data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable data availability. Create clear visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to business and product teams. Support internal reporting needs across operations, product, and leadership. What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong experience designing and delivering dashboards and reports end-to-end. Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation. Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Omni, etc.). Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt . Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery). Understanding of data modeling principles and Kimball methodology . Nice to have Experience building embedded BI solutions . Exposure to statistical modeling or data science techniques . Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect). Familiarity with semantic layer technologies . Background in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce . Who you are Curious, creative, and genuinely passionate about data. Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English. Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
