**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Design and develop scalable architecture solutions using React Js and React Native to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Networking Library into existing systems ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.- Analyze and optimize system performance identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards maintaining high-quality codebases.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs processes and system configurations.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies recommending innovative solutions to improve system capabilities.- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to understand domain-specific requirements and integrate them into architectural designs.- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives contributing to overall business success.- Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements for successful project delivery.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.**Qualifications**- Possess strong expertise in Networking Library React Js and React Native with a proven track record of successful project implementations.- Demonstrate a solid understanding of architectural design principles and best practices with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.**Certifications Required**Certified React Developer Networking Certification
