And we need your help to get us there Main Responsibilities Report to Latam Senior Finance Manager and be a business partner for all business/function areas Good business mind-set with labor, tax and accounting background to prepare budgets and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) Perform KPIs/Dashboard to compare Budget/Forecast against Actual, analyze significant divergences, and suggest action plans Manage external outsourcing for local accounting and tax activities, ensuring legal/tax reports are submitted properly and on time Monitor all activities performed by the LatAm team regarding Corporate Accounting, Treasury & Accounting Standardize all finance processes according to corporate policy and LatAm KPI/Dashboard Attend internal and external auditors Knowledge and Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting Fluent in English to communicate with the entire group 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Strong understanding of local taxation regulations with ability to advise Holding a CPA certification is strongly preferred Solid tax knowledge and advanced Excel skills What We Look For Detail oriented: Determined and assertive, prepared to get into the detail to understand complex cost drivers of the business Hands‑on and get‑things‑done attitude: Work in close partnership with budget holders and consolidation team to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive financial information Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset: Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict reporting deadlines Autonomous and adaptable: Comfortable dealing with and working through issues and operational challenges with project teams and stakeholders Proactive and passionate Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
