Lead Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Responsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs. Creates and reviews strategies with functional owners and drives program completion.- Leading and managing: Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal-external) complaints.- Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing and test fixtures- Establish, implement and maintain the quality management system.- Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP.- Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.- Participates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.- Is responsible for hosting and coordinating customer audits, surveys, and other such activities.- Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission.- Perform weekly, monthly trend analysis and coordinate corrective actions with involved areas.- Defines SPC to manufacturing processes and monitor weekly and monthly performance, implement countermeasure.- Develop, implement and monitor PPAP System- Interact constantly with Customer and Suppliers to develop 8D reports and ground corrective actions in process- Interact constantly with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC and LEAN tools.Experiência y requisitos- 3+ years in quality system maintenance- Experience in Electronics Industry Preferable- Experience in Automotive Industry and/or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Preferable- Six Sigma Certification preferable- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing is preferred.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 80%, Escrito: 80%**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
