Accounts Receivable Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Post Daily Cash Remittances- Research and process Credit Memos related to valid customer deductions- Submit disputed claims on customer portals- Collections on 30+ days past due invoices- Lead all Accounts Receivable related projects- Month end reconciliations and reporting to the Controller- Oversee the Invoicing process- Assist other departments in various data entry tasks, including production reporting & receipt of goods entries**Skill and Knowledge Qualifications**:- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment. Excel proficiency is a must.- 5-10 years Accounts Receivable knowledge- Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented.- Proficient Data Entry skills- Basic Knowledge of Accounting- Ability to multi-task in a fast speed environment- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people- Ability to quickly learn new computer programs**Adaptable to change Minimum Requirements**:- Fluent in spoken and written English- Experience in Accounting- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google- Excellent communication and administrative skills- Exceptional organization and time management skills- Ability to meet all assigned deadlinesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es su nível de inglés?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Cuentas por cobrar: 5 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
