We are currently searching for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant : Requirements Bachelor's degree Liaison between business and technical teams to define requirements (onsite and offshore). At least +3 years of Experience in Success Factors - Employee Central Payroll . Ability to communicate with project team members, the client, and the client's customers, both verbally and clearly, concisely, and confidently in writing. Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements. Identifies breakdowns in technology and business processes. Documents and analyzes required information and data. Prepares detailed requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), wireframes, use cases, and business process recommendations. This position may require travel to Project / client locations. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Oral Spanish.
