At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**SC Contracts & Payable Leader****Main Purpose**As MBS SC Contracts & Payables Leader, the role will be accountable for supporting 8-10 L06 Contracts & Payables Representatives in the execution of Purchasing and Accounts Payable work in support of the PFNA/FLUS manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the Contracts & Payables operations. Key partnerships with field operations and HQ teams are critical to provide high levels of service, timely execution and follow-up. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. The SC Leader will oversee Representatives focused in the areas of purchasing, accounts payable, vendor maintenance, contract compliance and associated reporting. The Leader of this team will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation, change plan execution and excellent development of the Contracts & Payables team Representatives.**Accountabilities**The MBS SC Contracts & Payables Leader will lead a team of 8-10 SC Contracts & Payables Representatives who support the PFNA teams associated with multiple business units.This role is responsible for delivering world class support to the organization.- Lead and develop capability of a frontline team of 8-10 Representatives- Ensure Accounts Payable duties are executed in compliance with internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key purchasing initiatives using MyBuy, SAP, Oracle and Avantis EMS.- Establish and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure quality and reliable work- Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner- Resolve vendor maintenance billing issues. Work closely with local vendor teams for resolution- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)- Utilization of SAP and other systems to provide strategical oversight of work order compliance and coding- Maintain various performance tracking documents including but not limited to Weekly Cost Management Reports, Vendor Pricing Lists and KPI performance.- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains- Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperativesThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:- English Fluency required - written and verbal- Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Engineering, Business or Analytics preferred- 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) and payment management systems- Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively**Non Technical Skills**- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities- Organization effectiveness- Strong people leadership capabilities and equipped with general interpersonal skills
