**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial decision-making process within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and providing strategic insights to assist in achieving the company's financial goals. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial information, enabling effective planning and resource allocation.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to analyze business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic planning initiatives.- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, validate assumptions, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models and analyses.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes by providing financial modeling expertise, insights, and recommendations.- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed to support business objectives and initiatives.**Requirements**:**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 3-5 years experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on financial modeling, preferably in a corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting environment.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI), and other analytical tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering results.- Experience in the SaaS industry.**Benefits**- Law Benefits- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Training- Life insurance- Mental Health Support- Learning and Development Programs
