Webasto les da un alto grado de valor agregado para aplicaciones de movilidad.- Gestionar y actualizar los datos para la entrega mensual de los siguientes KPIs:- 8D Proveedor, Q2 Cost, Recalificación PPAP, Cuarentena QTY/$, Aging Cuarentena- Aprobación de las recalificaciones anuales PPAP, incluyendo los cambios de ingeniería de los productos comprados- Planes de Inspección de los productos de acuerdo al nível de ingeniería- Entrenar al Auditor de Incoming en Interpretación de Resultados Dimensionales como la interpretación de certificados de proveedor.- Homologar Criterios de Inspección, Aceptación y Rechazo de partes de Proveedores basado en dibujo- Certificados de Calidad y Seguridad del Producto de los proveedores (parte de la recalificación).- Gestionar el proceso de NCM / Q2 de proveedores- Gestión de 8Ds de Proveedores.- Gestionar y Monitorear el proceso de Escalación Nível 1 de proveedores y Soporte Nível II- Gestionar y actualizar la base de datos de NCM /Q2, 8Ds, PPMs, QA Hold Proveedores (Score Card).- Gestionar y dar disposición al material de Cuarentena Físico y Sistema- Seguimiento a Desviaciones autorizadas a proveedores "D2“- Entrega de PPAP de componentes de programas en serie, que pasan del ASQE al SQEAplica Ahora
