Intel is seeking a HW & Inventory Specialist with both hardware and software testing experience to join the Intel Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group team to validate the next generation of Intel's industry leading PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) Solid State Drives.- Detail-oriented process improver.- Critical thinker who naturally sees opportunities to develop and optimize work processes (finding ways to simplify, standardize and automate).- Self-directed initiator.- People who take ownership of their work and need no prompting to drive productivity, change, and outcomes.- Collaborative partner.- Someone who builds and leverages cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data and insights to drive continuous improvement in HW management.- Analytical problem solvers.- Dedicated achiever.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure customer requests satisfaction.- Troubleshoot, unblock, and maintain execution related equipment and documentation with special focus on efficiency.- Attention to detail.**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience of tech HW/inventory support.- 1+ year of experience with inventory management and controls.- Mexico work permit.- Intermediate to advanced English level.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in customer support.- Inventory management skills and knowledge.- Experience with hardware, servers and electronic devices.- Experience in Agile methods.**Inside this Business Group**Employees in Intel's NAND Product Group deliver solutions that are transforming computing across all segments from data centers to Ultrabooks.
