Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without.**Position Summary**:The Supply Chain & Account Service Manager will manage overall end-to-end UA Supply Chain Operations and supervise the Account Services Professionals responsible for servicing Mexico. This Manager must exhibit outstanding customer service and liaise cross-functionally within the Americas & Global Supply Chain organizations concerning all supply chain operations matters and will be a prerequisite to be successful. Maintaining strong communication and team management skills as well as utilizing supply chain knowledge will be a prerequisite to success.Establish and preserve strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across the matrix (Global/Regional/Local). Manage, Motivate, Lead and Support the Department; Supply Chain & Account Service Team to enhance and exceed service expectations; SLA’s and KPI’s by responding to internal and external inquiries and in driving GTM fulfillment strategies by performing the following duties and responsibilities.Key metrics: Customer Satisfaction, Service, Inventory at Hubs, Dwell Time, Supply Chain Cost as a % of Net Revenue, CPU, Claims & Returns, shipping targets accuracy, Initiatives Implementation, and Process Improvement, etc.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the correct Order Management Process within the fulfillment process maximizing potential revenue opportunities and leveraging logistic infrastructure within total delivered cost.- Facilitate SOP Process development to drive standardization and discipline within Supply Chain and Service organization.- Responsible for the Inbound flow of goods through UA supply chain team to Customers.- Responsible for setting shipping targets between Supply Chain, Commercial/Finance, and Markets.- Responsible for the Sales Operations OTC process (Order Book; IRF, URD, Shipping targets)- Jointly with the America’s and Global Supply Chain Management teams to develop, implement, and execute supply chain & service strategies in line with Regional/Local Initiatives.- Maximize Mexico net revenues and profitability by optimizing the fulfillment process.- Regularly participate in the country management meetings and build strong working relationships with all functional leads.- Be actively involved in executing a robust Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) that creates a consensus-based forecasting process with cross-functional partners, both globally and regionally, and exposes variances to the plans early in the season to anticipate potential issues.- Own, drive and execute specific Global/Regional/Local supply chain initiatives/projects.**Education And / Or Experience**:- University Degree- 5-7 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Logistics & Customer Service- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, experience in implementations of ERP, SAP is an advantage and track record in changing environment- Strong command of written and spoken English and local language.**Other Requirements**:This position is Hybrid 2x Days Per Week in the office, the remaining days spent working remotely.**Learn more about Under Armour’s COVID-19 response and Teammate vaccination policies** **here**.
