We are looking for a Senior Back End Developer with expertise in Python or Ruby on Rails to join our team At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology. What we expect from you: 6+ years of experience as a Back End Developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Passion for writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code. Solid experience with back end development using languages like Python. Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
