At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an** IOT Testing Manager.****Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Should be proficient in Spanish language and can work with cross functional teams.- Required Skills Technical Skills- Jira ALM Confluence- Domain Skills- Technology Functional Testing API testing- Manage day to day activities, manage customer expectations, manage delivery and execution create and send daily status reports lead in DSR and WSR triage calls.- Work with Vendors for the Delivery and Issue Triage.- Lead the testing efforts for various software products and platforms ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality results.- Oversee manual IOT testing processes to ensure the reliability and functionality of connected devices.- Provide expertise in manual data testing to validate data integrity and accuracy across different systems.- Conduct manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and improve user experience.- Utilize Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to assess and improve the testing processes and practices within the team.- Generate detailed test metrics and reports to track progress identify issues and communicate results to stakeholders.- Manage testing activities using SNOW, Rally, HP ALM and Jira to ensure efficient and organized workflows.- Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate the integration and functionality of business processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software products.- Provide basic programming support to enhance testing scripts and automate repetitive tasks.- Ensure that all testing activities align with the company's goals and contribute to the overall success of the projects.**Qualifications**- Possess strong expertise in Manual IOT Testing Manual Data Testing and Manual Accessibility Testing.- Have experience with software products packages and platforms including manual cloud testing.- Be skilled in generating test metrics and reports and managing testing activities using SNOW Rally HP ALM and Jira.- Have a solid understanding of testing tools and frameworks and manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA).- Possess basic programming skills to support testing activities.- Experience in Reverse Logistics Retail and Inventory Management & Control- Why Cognizant?Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwideReceive ongoing support and funding with training and development plansHave a highly competitive benefits and salary packageGet the opportunity to work for leading global companiesWe are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environmentWe invest in people and their wellbeing.We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
