**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Drive collaboration and vision across the company to align with product design and innovation team priorities and execution.- Implement and manage the innovation and product design roadmap, from ideation, through conceptualization, to completion, both in the short and long term.- Foster a strong and collaborative design practice.- Evaluate, develop and support the exploitation of the various innovation territories.- Translate the objectives of marketing and other areas of the company into clear creative strategies to meet the brand strategy and meet the deadlines.- Validate product designs, identify constraints and provide corrective actions.- Implement process improvements to ensure product quality.- Interact with customers to clearly understand product vision and requirements.- Develop best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development processes.- Develop creative talent and build a thriving culture where designers grow in their careers and feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging.- Create a positive and safe work environment for product design teams.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.- Proven successful experience in product design and Innovation.- Previous leadership experience with direct people reporting to you is necessary.- Previous working experience with product, innovation, engineering, design, and MKT teams.- Desirable advance skill in Creative Adobe Suite.- Great interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven creative skills.- Proficiency in English.**ADDITIONAL BENEFITS**10% of Grocery vouchers.30 days of Christmas bonus.80% of Vacation bonus.Additional vacation days.13% of Savings Fund.Life insurance.Major Medical Insurance.Subsidized Canteen.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Most of the process is handled online.Application Question(s):- Could you handle the whole interview in English?**Experience**:- product design: 1 year (preferred)- people management: 1 year (preferred)- Creative Adobe Suite: 1 year (preferred)
