About the company: Güeno is a startup dedicated to Fraud Prevention, Monitoring & Compliance for Crypto & Fintech. Our mission is to generate an information bridge for fintech and crypto in a safe and massive way to achieve greater financial inclusion in LATAM. It's a behaviour-based fraud and compliance platform which analyzes users' identity, device, and behaviour signals to score risk transactions in real-time. This helps to stop incidences of fraud for fintechs & crypto at the time of new customer onboarding, account funding, and during payments in and out of digital wallet in LatAm. Our Proposal: We are looking for a Head Of Sales who will be responsible for developing and leading the sales function and implementing strategic account initiatives. The person will work closely with the marketing department. Responsibilities: Develop plans and strategies to promote company products and services. Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs. Create sales reports Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans. Manage sales teams and sales budget. Organize and maintain sales operations. Take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff. Develop sales training programs. Monitor market and competitor activity. Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly. Monitor customer activity. Communicate and foster relationships with clients. According to the company's overall sales strategy, organize to formulate market segment. It can be a perfect match if you meet: 5 years of experience in Sales Demonstrate Leadership roles -Team Leader - Sales Leader SaaS company experience. Experience in B2B sales within the LatAm region. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to listen and respond in Spanish and English. Both must be spoken well. It would also be a plus if you: Have Experience in KYC, KYT & Fraud Prevention within wallets, exchanges, and neo-banks. What do we offer?
