We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.**The Role****Responsibilities**- Design, implement, and automate network solutions- Partner with development teams on product enhancements- Look for ways to improve our existing physical and virtual infrastructure- Troubleshoot complex network problems across global data centers- Improve processes, procedures, and documentation, with a focus on keeping it simple- Evaluate new network technologies and enhancements- Analyze infrastructure usage and plan for growth across network elements (physical and virtual)- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation with other team membersYour future at KyndrylBecoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. You’ll be creating a well-rounded skillset while gaining professional certifications and qualifications. You can evolve horizontally into other technical or non-technical areas such as Technical Service Architect, or you can move vertically to become a senior project manager or program manager. There are many different types and flavors of PM roles, so everyone can find the opportunity that suits them best.**Who You Are**- Required Skills and Experience- 5+ years of experience working with production environments- Experience running IaaS or PaaS services- Strong routing, switching skills: Juniper, Cisco- Experience with spine/leaf architecture- Some experience with F5 load balancers- A very good understanding of complex network designs, including virtualized environments, with a focus on security- Some experience with scripting (Python and/or Ansible preferred)- Strong customer service focus- Experience and desire to be working in a nimble, self-directed, high impact team that values real-time collaboration and cross-training- Enjoy working with internal and external teams, with a strong focus on teamwork- Comfortable working remotely**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
