With the proper process, cutting-edge technology, and a mission to _Make Life Better_, Unicity is paving the way for a better tomorrow.**In addition to competitive pay we can offer**:- Heath, Dental, Vision, Life and other benefits that begin within a month- Paid maternity and paternity leave- Generous vacation allowance in addition to company paid holidays- 401(k) with company match- Substantial company product allowance- Reimbursement for internet, cell phone and gym/wellness activities- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home**As a Director of Security you will be**:- Assess current needs; develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise-wide information security and security engineering program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the company.- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures based on industry- standard best practices.- Ensures security is an enabler and a feature for digital products.- Evangelizes and teaches security engineering with entire product engineering department making security a responsibility at the source of development- Check in on customer or company audits in progress and help.- Discuss confidential M&A materials to ensure leadership is aware of material risks; ensure the smooth transition of acquired companies into the company’s platform and security program.- Identify changes that will impact the security program and recommend appropriate changes. Take all actions needed to meet audit and regulatory requirements.- Creating energy and enthusiasm at all levels of the information security organization.- Effectively coach and mentor the team to ensure their continued success.- Serve as a thought leader in the CISO community internally and externally, to help strengthen the security community as a whole.
