Individualmente somos talentosos, pero juntos somos imparables.**About this role**:We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the new product development portfolio of LED Modules. Managing the portfolio involves cross-functional collaboration between product management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, and product support. The position also requires frequent interactions with end customers. The Senior Project Manager would be responsible for balancing stakeholder expectations while maintaining an objective, data-driven approach to decision-making. Achieving results through others is a critical element of the job.**Key tasks and responsibilities**:- Deliver superior service and ensure a smooth interaction between eldoLED and the customer.- Communicate project status with customers, key stakeholders, and senior management. Align stakeholder expectations within project teams.- Track performance (via metrics) to stated portfolio/project objectives and provide critical insight for business process owners and value stream leaders.- Guide project teams when project activities deviate and lead risk mitigation plans.- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to improve overall project flow and implementation, enhance the metric reporting systems, and KPIs- Manage the portfolio budget and meet strategic goals.- Explore ways of creating value and synergy between business process owners and value streams.**Required experience and knowledge**:- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects.- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, business, or engineering. Technical background in electronics manufacturing is a plus.- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.- Knowledge of project management areas of competency, procedures, and methodologies.- Ability to build relationships at all levels and work in a team environment.- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - preferred.**Iluminamos el camino a un mundo Brillante, Productivo y Conectado
