This position is responsible for driving several key initiatives to strengthen the control environment and regulatory compliance for the Related Parties processes. Carrying out and coordinating efforts for the compliance oversight of the businesses and support areas about related parties’ regulatory requirements and Institutional policies. Execute the assessment of the control design mapped to regulatory requirements T2.**Responsibilities**:- Contributes to the maintenance and execution of the In-Business Oversight Model to strengthen the control design and regulatory compliance environment.- Executes periodically Reviews to the Activities, Risks, Controls and Monitoring tools (ARCMs), mapped to Related Parties Regulatory Requirements, to ensure control effectiveness.- Ensures the applicable areas in the 1LoD to comply with Internal Control Regulatory Requirements and Policy compliance.- Provides guidance to businesses in all matters affecting the Internal Control obligations and related policies, working closely with IBCO's and In-Business Compliance team, to ensure the most effective use of tools and resources in the Monitoring processes.- Provides guidance to business partners and control functions in all matters affecting the Related Parties Transactions and processes.- Updates the Related Parties Governance Model to assess regulatory requirements to identify required monitoring controls- Identify and analyze associated risks and emerging risks of the regulatory requirements changes.- Drives various projects to advance the Monitoring Risk Management Program and is a key contributor to many other strategic initiatives.- Makes sure to have updated the processes in the MCA Entity- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as Related Parties' SME to senior stakeholders, IBCOs and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 3-6 years’ experience in financial services with a demonstrated understanding of Risk Management and Compliance domains.- Experience working collaboratively across various areas of the organization and presenting to senior management.- Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements of Related Parties.- Experience in Risk Assessment and the development and compilation of policies and procedures.- Management experience- Required experience with the implementation of processes to comply with local regulatory requirements- Balanced blend of analytical skills, problem solving, and reporting and communication skills- Ability to assess business controls and monitoring tools in terms of the associated risks- Advanced organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and following up- Experience using databases and other tracking tools to enforce global consistency- Excellent knowledge and use of excel (Advance level)- Excellent writing and presentation skills.**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially master’s degreeStrong Knowlegde in Related Parties regulatory requirements and credit processes.- **Job Family Group**:Compliance and Control- **Job Family**:Business Control- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
