Independientemente de su raza, creencia, orientación sexual, religión o cualquier otro rasgo, TÚ eres bienvenido en todos los puestos vacantes en la compañía de cuidado de la salud más grande del mundo.Cuando te unes a Johnson & Johnson, tu movimiento podría significar nuestro próximo avance.En Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, utilizamos nuestro alcance, escala y experiência para reinventar la manera en que se brinda atención médica y ayudar a las personas a vivir más tiempo y de manera más saludable.En un entorno sumamente cambiante, establecemos conexiones entre la ciencia y la tecnología para combinar nuestros propios conocimientos especializados en soluciones quirúrgicas, ortopédicas e intervencionistas a fin de diseñar y ofrecer productos y servicios centrados en el paciente.Estamos en esto de por vida.Estamos cambiando la trayectoria de la salud humana, TU TAMBIÉN PUEDES.**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición SURGERY PLANNER (TEMPORAL 6 MESES) que estará localizada en el **Centro de Distribución Depuy Synthes Lago de Guadalupe Solistica Estado de México****Propósito**:Servicio al cliente, garantizando la disponibilidad de equipos, mediante el análisis de tiempos de proceso por área, con el fin de confirmar equipos, su estado físico recibiendo retroalimentación Comercial indicando que el equipo es el adecuado para la cirugía solicitada y un estimado de horario de entrega en cliente.**Principales Responsabilidades**:- Atención de Solicitudes Comerciales Depuy Synthes & Biosense Webster, de acuerdo con los Procedimientos normalizados de operación implementados.- Asignar los equipos solicitados en ERP- Revisión de estado físico de equipo e informar al área comercial- Dar seguimiento a las aprobaciones en caso de aplicar para despacho de equipos.- Ser punto de contacto principal entre Deliver y Comercial, teniendo comunicación oportuna en caso de presentar alguna anomalía que afecte el nível de servicio.- Cumplir los Procedimientos, Instrucciones de trabajo y políticas de la empresa.- Seguimiento a quejas de cliente en caso de aplicar, para mejorar los inconvenientes y brindar la mejor atención al cliente.- Elaborar y entregar en tiempo y forma los reportes requeridos**Qualifications**:**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en: Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Logística, Ing. Industrial o carrera afín.- Experiência en Servicio al cliente- Manejo de ERP, deseable SAP- Paquetería Microsoft Office- Enfoque a resolución de problemas.- Técnicas de planeación, cadena de suministro para logística.
