Job Description**Required Qualifications**:- BS in Engineering- Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in similar position.- Demonstrated success in leading, planning, development, and implementation of EHS management systems and compliance programs.- Experience with NOM´s, OSHA Regulations, and Mexico Environmental regulations- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in an organization, while establishing and maintaining a strong EHS presence.- Fluent English /Spanish- Manufacturing Environment Experience**Preferred Qualifications**:- ISO14001 EMS Certification- ISO45001 OHSMS Certification- “Industria limpia” and “Autogestion - STPS”- Ergonomics education**Position Success Criteria**:- Strong communication & Leadership skills- Initiative- Data analysis capabilities- Teamwork skills.- Management of budgets- Problem solving skills- Continuous improvement focus- Achievement oriented- Strategic and decisive
