**Vacante para la empresa North American Production Sharing de México en Tijuana, Baja California**:**Main Functions**:- Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the department's objectives and budgets, as well the strategiesand action plans to achievethose objectives. Validates and Authorizes standard operation procedures (SOP) for the information systems function.- Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.- Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.- implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.- recruiting, training and evaluating staff members.- Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures and safety protocols.- Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT Systems.- Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.- Delegating tasks and developing budget and work schedules.- Staying up-to-date with the field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.- Can direct or Perform the training of personnel in the operation of systems (Hardware and software) and peripheral equipment.- Determines the feasibility and priorities of implementing systems (software and hardware) according to the needs of the company.- Responsible for the operation of voice and data telecommunications systems as well as for the Internet, E-mail and intranet.- Recommends changes in programs, routines and Quality standards, as well as for scheduling and arranging for preventive maintenance time.- Plans, develops and implements a long term strategical plan, with the IT Team, to insure the used computational systems, technology and methodology to provide robust and efficient systems which are manageable and allow the company's growth without interruption.- Helps develop, implement and maintain, with the IT Team a disaster recovery plan to insure the adequate support for the organization's systems as well as to detect the external influences that can affect the organization's information systems.- Maintains IT hardware Inventory.**Requirements**:- Degree in computer science, IT or similar.- Relevant certification may be required.- Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skill.**Hardware Skills**:- System maintenance.- Assembling devices.- Troubleshooting hardware.- Knowledge of motherboards, circuits, monitors, inkjet printers and thermal printers.- Configuring drivers and components.**Software Skills**:- Operating systems such as windows.- Familiar with MacOS.- Office suites such as Microsoft Office.- Google Enterprise.- Presentation systems.- Spreadsheets.- Accounting.- Word processors- Databases.**English Level**:Advance (Reading and writing).**Experience Required**:More than 5 Years Managing IT Departments.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Textiles**Habilidades**:- infraestructure- it supervisor- it- bilingual
