Application Engineer, Technical Sales Support

**Job Summary/Overview**:**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Maintain continuous contact with engineering area in the different CMCO plants worldwide.- Acquire and distribute the technical knowledge of product to the collaborators of the commercial area.- Elaborate quotation of solutions and products for the sales area.- Actively attend calls for activities with distributors, clients, and internal staff of CMCO where their support and professional collaboration is required.- Assist with the rest of the organization to achieve profitability and growth, through the fulfillment of sales budget (volume) and control of operating expenses, projecting an image of service and quality towards customers.- Regularly visit clients and distributors in support of project closure and follow-up.**Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities**:- Analysis capacity.- Capacity of Prioritization, Organization, Planning and execution of activities.- Innovative mindset.- Ease of speech.- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.- Fluency in written and verbal English language skills 70%- Excellent management of personal relationships.- Ability to handle objections.- Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and procedures manuals, to write routine reports, to interpret a variety of instructions, documents and written or oral information, to promote the "team" atmosphere across all areas of the division, to establish interpersonal and business relationships, to design and implement plans, to analyze complex problems and obtain conclusions and results.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. (70% minimum required English language).- Planning and communication skills.- Excellent PC skills, word processing, spreadsheet, and database.- Experience in working with staff in office and factory environment.
