Buscamos a un/a FP&A Lead que lidere la función de planeación financiera y análisis de desempeño. Su responsabilidad principal será convertir la operación diaria en inteligencia financiera y construir los modelos que nos permitan escalar con control.Tendrá visibilidad directa con el equipo directivo y trabajará de forma transversal con distintas áreas del negocio.**Responsabilidades**- Liderar la planeación financiera anual y los procesos de forecast.- Diseñar y mantener modelos financieros robustos (P&L, flujo de efectivo, escenarios).- Analizar rentabilidad, márgenes, costos y KPIs del negocio.- Identificar riesgos financieros, desviaciones y oportunidades de eficiencia.- Desarrollar dashboards financieros y reportes ejecutivos claros y accionables.- Trabajar con equipos de operaciones, finanzas y producto para entender los drivers económicos del negocio.- Participar en procesos estratégicos como análisis de inversión, expansión o due diligence.** Requisitos**- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en roles de FP&A, finanzas corporativas, consultoría o análisis financiero.- Dominio avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets (modelado financiero es fundamental).- Conocimiento sólido de contabilidad y estados financieros.- Perfil altamente analítico, estructurado y orientado al detalle.- Capacidad de comunicar hallazgos financieros de manera clara a públicos no financieros.- Deseable: experiência en empresas en crecimiento o entornos con alto volumen operativo.- Plus: manejo de herramientas tipo Power BI, Tableau, Looker o similares.**Lo que ofrecemos**- Rol con alta visibilidad y autonomía.- Oportunidad de construir procesos y tener impacto directo en decisiones estratégicas.- Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y retador.- Modalidad 100% presencial en oficinas ubicadas en CDMX.Si estás buscando un rol con impacto real en el negocio y te entusiasma aportar a un proyecto en crecimiento, esta oportunidad es para tiPostúlate directamente por este medio y te contactaremos si tu perfil es compatible.
