Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:Local Division Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Unit in Mexico City. You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible for the administration of control system projects. Responsible for administrative control, cost control, communication and follow-up with clients, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, contact with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and activities related. - Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. - Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. - Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. - Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.**Qualifications for the role**:- 5+ years of professional experience in similar position.- Bachelor's Degree in Control Automation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering- Technical knowledge related to electrical, automation, electronics, and project management- Advanced English communication skills- PMP experience- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel- Valid American Visa as an asset**What's in it for you?**:- Be yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference- Coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and colleagues- Get motivated by continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it, bring your know-how.**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Healthcare plan- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
