We are hiring an **Energetic and Super Friendly Remote Sales, Assistant & Marketing Specialist. Are you that person? We want you.****MAIN DUTIES**:Your day and week will be divided into 3 main responsibilities. You will have time allocations to focus on specific ones:**ASSISTANT**:- Answer the phone through out the day and route them to the proper extension.- When those calls are customers wanting to place an order, then take the order and enter it on our POS (Point of sale) System.- Help our team and management with different tasks and projects like: 1. Updating menu pricing items on all platforms like clover, uber eats, doordash etc. 2. Researching and/or calling a company to lower prices on services and products. 3. Research ways to Sync an automate processes. 4. Other projects as they arise.**SALES & REACHING OUT**:- Calling out potential catering customers like Schools, Auto dealerships, Churches, Schools and Event Centers to convince them to place their next catering order with us. In the case of schools to do the next fund raising with us.- Call to follow up with organization and potential customers after a visit from our in person management team- Take and coordinate orders placed by these different organization. You will be using a CRM system and calendar to organize catering orders- Be the point of contact as our sales rep for our existing customers. Give them support in proving quotes, invoicing, receipts etc**SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING**- Create fun and creative videos and images to post them as stories and regular posts on all social media platforms- Answer customer's reviews- Update and maintain our website- Manage Google ads paid campaigns**REQUIREMENTS**:- **Bilingual English - Advanced Fluent Conversational Level**:- Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality.- Great Customer Service- Medium-Advanced computer skills- Calm and quiet workspace- Have a desktop computer- Have a webcam- 20Mbps download and 5Mbps load internet speed (speed test screenshot will be asked)**WORKING HOURS**:- Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm (1 Hr. lunch)- Saturdays: 10 am - 3 pm (No lunch)- Sundays: OFF- Time are in US Central Time CST (In some part of Mexico this may be one hour earlier)**COMPENSATION**:BASE SALARY:- $25,000 Pesos Mexicanos Mensuales.- Payment is issued every two weeks. Every other Friday($12,500 every two weeks)BONUS & COMISSIONS:- 1% of the subtotal (before taxes) dollar amount on every new catering order you get companies or organizations to place with us. No limit- Example: New order is $2,000 Dollars x 1% = $20 USD bonus- Bonus will be added to your biweekly check and converted into pesos at the current exchange rate offer by the bank at the time of transfer.PAYMENT DETAILS:- Payment is deposited into your bank. Bank to Bank transfer- **Important* - You will be hired as freelancer contractor. You will pay your taxes on your own. No prestaciones except benefits like vacations and paid holidays****VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS**:- 1 Week of Vacations after 1 year.- 2 Weeks of Vacations after 3 Years- 3 Weeks of Vacations after 5 Years- 4 Weeks of Vacations after 7 Years- 3 Paid holidays every year**IF INTERESTED**:Then.
