**Project** Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Ensure smooth running of all automated production processes and the general well-being of main services. - Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner, troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolution or escalation as needed - Coordinate with third-party vendors and support providers to resolve issues and escalate complex technical problems when necessary. - Coordinating and maintaining day-to-day batch processing and file transmission schedules to ensure standards, schedules, and service levels are maintained. - Maintain documentation of production processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure accurate and efficient support.The role will cover a GMT**Skills**:Must have- TECHNICAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:- Proficiency in batch scheduling tools and systems (e.g. Autosys), with hands-on experience in job scheduling, monitoring, and automation.- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools for system administration tasks- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and incident management.Nice to have- Good Communicator, adaptable, needs to be able to work well alone and as part of a team. - Reliable, conscientious, & accurate individual. - Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment. - Ability to work/ self-manage without guidance.**Languages**:English: A1 Beginner**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationSQL (PL/SQL - Oracle)Ref NumberVR-
