Salvo Software is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a friendly and fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our products and service offerings with care and professionalism.**Responsibilities**:- Assist customers in understanding our software products, resolving issues, and providing solutions.- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in our CRM system.- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues.- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer service practices.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the software industry.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
