We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Site EHS Head** to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety strategy at our production site in Lerma, Mexico. If you are an EHS expert with a proactive mindset and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplaces, we want to hear from you**Responsibilities**:**Develop and Maintain EHS Strategy**: Define, implement, and sustain the EHS&S policy, objectives, and procedures in alignment with site leadership and global standards.**Set and Track Objectives**: Establish site EHS goals with the Site Leadership Team and Global EHS, monitor progress, and report achievements and challenges.**Ensure Compliance**: Guarantee adherence to corporate EHS standards, local regulations, and government requirements (e.g., STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA).**Emergency Preparedness**: Implement and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and coordinate with internal and external emergency teams.**Training & Awareness**: Oversee EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and new hires to ensure knowledge and compliance.**Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and control physical, chemical, biological, and psychosocial risks to protect employee health and safety.**Environmental Protection**: Drive initiatives for environmental compliance and sustainability, including waste management and ecological footprint reduction.**Audit & Continuous Improvement**: Lead internal and external EHS audits, management reviews, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.**Budget & Reporting**: Manage the EHS budget and ensure compliance with financial and business policies.**Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain strong communication with site leadership, global EHS teams, and regulatory authorities.**Commitment to Standards**: Act in accordance with TAPI expectations and local regulations for Safety, Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Protection, and Sustainability; collaborate with site experts to propose actions, track progress, and address issues.**Team Leadership**: Manage and develop the EHS&S team to build a high-performing organization.Who are you?We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Emergency Response, Environmental Protection, and Sustainability within chemical, API, or global pharmaceutical companies.Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coach and develop teams to achieve high performance. An advanced level of English is required, as this role involves regular interaction with global teams and stakeholders.**Additional Information** Make Your Mark with TAPI
