Corporate Regional IT Manager

In this role, you will be part of the IT Hospitality Team, responsible for guiding and supporting hotels IT managers, provides technical and operational support for all the properties in its region. Responsible to ensure hotels are following the IT Standard Operating Procedures and manage software enquiries. Extend training material and keep the software and hardware standardized across hotels. To be an escalation point for PMS and other core platforms and critical issues in their assigned region to ensure success rollouts and seamless project executions.**A successful Corporate Regional IT Manager**:- Is accountable to ensure all core platform contracts are fully signed and manage properly- Distributes IT Policies and standard procedures to hotels IT teams- Supervises and follows up with the hotels the implementation on critical projects open- Manages the corporate licenses distribution in the region- Is responsible to execute all new hotel openings, reopening, takeovers in the region- Ensures DRP, BCP, DLP and other important policies are fully implemented and tested according to policy plan- Prepares and provide guidance on annual budget process- Organises and maintains hotel IT managers trained and updated on upcoming new technologies & innovation programs- Stays updated and actively participate in security and compliance initiatives**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Inengineering, Computer Science or related field- 5 -10 years proven experience in hospitality industry in a World Class Hospitaly company- Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally- Fluent in English and Spanish- Expertise in Programming Languages- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills (written and verbal).- Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills.- International experience (preferred)**About Apple Leisure Group**As North America’s only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
