We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Data Analyst (Onsite in CDMX). Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Investigate and correct data discrepancies. Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies. Generate investigative reports to support business decisions. Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Technical Skills : Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization), YAML and Trix experience, familiarity with Looker dashboards (viewing only, not development). Domain Knowledge : Sales domain experience is highly preferred, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes. Soft Skills : Clear and fluent communication for client and stakeholder interaction, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience : 5+ years in data analysis or related roles, prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting. Why Cognizant?
