No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This role will support the Compliance & Ethics Director for all of Mexico’s food and beverage businesses (~48,000 employees) in implementing all aspects of PepsiCo’s global compliance program, including: (1) overseeing a large, complex Speak Up docket and ensuring proper investigation and remediation of all issues, particularly PSVs; (2) delivering ethics and ABAC training to key stakeholders and functions in Mexico; (3) supporting a strong tone at the top by promoting and coordinating senior leadership messaging**Your Impact**As **Compliance Manager**your scope would consist:- Assist C&E Director with implementation of all aspects of PepsiCo’s Global Compliance and Ethics program across Mexico.- This will include supporting a robust C&E environment in Mexico including the following elements: Leadership (commitment from senior management) and Oversight; Training and Communication; Standards and Controls; Risk Assessments; and Issue Reporting, Investigation and Response (impacts all of Mexico business)- Review the Speak Ups Closing Reports from the Routine and PSV´s investigations, before the final approval of the C&E Director for Mexico for their closure.- Provide practical, effective anti-bribery and other Compliance training and communications to guide leadership and its employees in making day-to-day decisions consistent with PepsiCo’s Code of Conduct, the law and all applicable PepsiCo policies.- Prepare all training materials needed for such trainings. (impacts all of Mexico business)- Execute strategic aspects of the Third Party Anti-bribery Due Diligence program, e.g., actioning red flags, partnering with Due Diligence Risk Committee to determine outcome, etc. (impacts region leadership team, Legal and Control functions), Revettings, etc.- Investigating potential significant violations of the Code of Conduct, collaborating and advising with co-investigators, reviewing all closing reports to ensure adequacy and thoroughness of investigations, and guaranteeing effective operation of Speak Up program (approximately 1000 calls annually). (impacts Legal, Control, HR)- Escalation, reporting and resolution, along with Mexico’s C&E Director on all PSV investigations (which include issues related to government and commercial bribery, fraud and theft with a substantial financial impact, accounting irregularities, as well as legal, Code of Conduct and Values violations by PepsiCo executives.) (impacts Legal, Control, HR)- Track and audit all investigation and enforcement decisions resulting from substantiated PSV violations of the Code of Conduct within the Region to ensure that recommended discipline, remediation and other outcomes are implemented.- Training and certification of investigators (HR generalists, Managers and Coordinators Corporate Security) by delivering specialized courses in investigations and methodology of the Speak Up program.
