The Technical Operations Engineer is dedicated (but not limited) to manage the operational strategies defined for BCI. To support the product engineering BCI groups & business agendas. To track and constantly review the ongoing projects/ programs to ensure the compliance of the yearly KPIs and Goals. To report out the projects & programs status and gap to targets, as well as to lead the recovery actions. To collaborate in the preparation of the different team events (TH, team building) to accomplish the plans and expectations.**ACTIVITIES TO BE DEVELOPED**:- Stay in close communication with key players such as: the senior management and each group's manager (DR or supervisor), other NA technical operations engineers and business managers; to ensure a good conduction of our business, according to the outlined expectations.- Support & facilitate the on boarding process and set up of new hires, as required.- Business processes creation, implementation, communication, management.- Define and implement operational strategies to support meeting and exceeding the yearly goals.- Understand, break up, assign the KPI (Key Product Indicators) and yearly targets for each BCI group.- Prepare and report out the projects and programs' status and gap to targets; lead recovery actions as required.- Support the standardization processes within BCI and other external groups to comply with internal requirements and the dispositions in the ISO9001 quality system.- Manage the training plans (definition & implementation), as well as tracking the skills acquisition.- Facilitate and support preparation of the town halls meetings and other team events (like team building's) to accomplish the plans and expectations.- Stay on top of the BCI needs and expectations and in this sense propose improvement actions; surveying the teams may be required.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
