Transportation Dispatcher

Join our team and be part of the movement that keeps Mexico on the move**Main Responsibilities**:- Plan and assign delivery routes for local and/or long-haul trips.- Coordinate loads and deliveries with drivers and customers.- Monitor units in real-time and respond quickly to any incidents on the road.- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments.- Accurately record and document all operations (departures, arrivals, deliveries, incidents, etc.).- Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and rest times.- Support route optimization and overall logistics efficiency.**Requirements**:- Previous experience as a dispatcher, traffic coordinator, or in logistics (minimum 1 year).- Knowledge of national routes and traffic regulations.- Familiarity with GPS tracking platforms and logistics software.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.- Schedule flexibility (in case of 24/7 operations).- **Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).****Nice to Have**:- Experience with Excel and/or logistics software (TMS, WMS, etc.)- Basic/intermediate English if Spanish is native, or vice versa.**We Offer**:- Competitive salary.- Job stability.- Friendly work environment.- Growth opportunities within a company in expansion.Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
