About the Position PlanOmatic is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Java) with deep expertise in Spring Boot to join our team in building a modern, newly developed cloud‑native platform from the ground up. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable and high‑performance back‑end systems that drive our newly developed platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, offshore team members, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps. This is a unique opportunity to influence architecture, shape best practices, and work with a modern technology stack in a greenfield environment. Department: EngineeringSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Mountain Time (USA)Role Structure: This is a remote opportunity based in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia.
