**Power BI (LATAM)****12months to start****REMOTE****1 -2 round of interview****TOP NEEDS**:**10/10 communications****This is a customer-facing role and will involve heavy interaction with stakeholders****1. Data Visualization and Reporting**:- Develop visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.- Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for routine business operations and performance monitoring.**2. Data Analysis and Interpretation**:- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and reliability.- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.**3. Dashboard Optimization and Performance Monitoring**:- Continuously optimize existing dashboards and reports to enhance user experience and performance.- Monitor dashboard usage metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Proactively address data quality issues and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.**4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align reporting solutions with business objectives.- Communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and adoption of Power BI reporting tools.**5. Continuous Learning and Development**:- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and expand knowledge of Power BI and related technologies.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report/dashboard development.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL databases.- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 per week
