As an Risk and Controls department analyst, you will be part of the global Risk team having the opportunity to learn and develop soft and hard competencies, improve your knowledge on the risk and controls function by supporting the processes improvements and creations processes, risk mapping and mitigation risks processes and also, improving the risk environment of the company.On this role, you will be able to work with our global team and also be in touch with HQ team in China, you will also work directly our employees, having a great impact in the employee experience.We are looking for someone enthusiastic, detail oriented and with good communication skills to join our awesome team.Role Responsibilities:- Map value chain processes of areas with medium/high complexity;- Conduct business process reviews so as to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal processes, promoting processes improvements in the departments;- Act as a multiplier and motivator throughout the company the importance of Business Process Management and Risk Management;- Identify the risks and internal controls of business processes of medium and high complexity/specificity, creating controls and processes for different departments;- Perform internal control tests / internal audit tests- Evaluate controls and other improvements in business processes, as well as monitor their implementations;- Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable laws;- Act as an integrator in the processes between the business areas and the supporting areas;- Fill/update the Risk and Internal Controls Matrix, conducing periodic risk assessments;- Act as a multiplier and motivator throughout the company the importance of Risk Management and Internal Controls;- Update risk management KPIs;- Prepare report or presentations of project results for stakeholders;Role Qualifications:- 3- 5 years of Risk and Controls experience, a strong background in processes mapping, processes improvements design and implementations, and also, risk management functions- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, International Business, or related discipline.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with the ability to create synergy with other department across the company, with different stakeholders.- Skills in learning, working autonomously, and prioritizing multiple goals.- Sound business and Integrity promoter.- Fluent EnglishEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
